Who are we?
Tianxiu Umbrella is a certified umbrella manufacturer with over 20 years of OEM and ODM custom umbrella production experience, serving global brands, wholesalers, and distributors.
Do you manufacture your own products? Where is your factory?
Yes. We have our own 6,000 sqm factory with full production lines, including printing and assembly, located in the Songxia Town Industrial Zone, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province.
What if there is a problem or defect?
We conduct strict QC inspections. If defects occur, we provide replacements, compensation, or integrated solutions in your next order.
Do you have an NDA?
Yes. We can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect your designs and intellectual property.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the model. For most custom designs, it is 500–1,000 pcs. For in-stock items or special fabrics, the MOQ may vary. Please contact us for specifics.
How can I get wholesale pricing?
We offer factory-direct pricing based on order quantity, materials, printing methods, and packaging. For large or long-term orders, special discounts are available.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are a 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment (T/T). We also accept LC at sight for long-term partners.
Do you offer dropshipping?
We focus on B2B wholesale. However, dropshipping is available for selected strategic partners.

What are the lead times for custom orders?
Samples: 7–12 days | Mass Production: 25–35 days. Urgent orders are negotiable.
How much does a custom umbrella sample cost?
Normally USD 50–150, depending on complexity and printing method. This cost is fully refundable after your bulk order is confirmed.
How do you print on umbrellas?
We offer silk screen, heat transfer, pad printing, engraving, and digital printing (which offers full color and high resolution with no MOQ for artwork).
How many types of umbrellas do you offer?
We offer over 100+ models, including Folding, Golf, Kids, Beach, Straight, Auto, and Reverse umbrellas.
What does your "door-to-door" service include?
We manage the entire process for you: export documents, customs clearance, international shipping, and final local delivery to your warehouse.
What is the procedure before and after the deal?
